Shahada
The Mother Mosque community helps people wanting to convert to Islam by answering questions, providing materials, and declaring faith (Shahada). Our community also provides support and friendship.
Marriage
One of the great celebrations of life is marriage. We help couples with their Muslim marriage (Nikkah) with the paperwork and ceremony.
Funeral
The Mother Mosque helps facilitate funeral services for Muslims in the Cedar Rapids Community. We work closely with the Muslim National Cemetery for funeral services.
Divorce
We help couples going through challenging times with counseling. If differences can't be resolved we can provide guidance for divorce.
Education
Mother Mosque works with Universities, Corporations and others to help provide training programs to understand Islam.
Correctional Facilities
Mother Mosque provides Chaplin and education services for correctional facilities in Iowa.
Conferences
We coordinate conferences and programs to help cultivate interfaith learning and teaching.
